EXPLORATION!
What I enjoy about being an artist is being able to explore and imaginative. Doing collage helps when I get "painters block" and try new compositions. Take a look at some of my collage / mixed mediawork.
ARTIST STATEMENT:
My art reflects of a love of life, nature, and just painting. I like to see what the paint can do and where a painting can take me. My work is loose, free, and colorful. Plein air art is deep in my heart. There is nothing like getting outside battling nature, the elements and capturing the light. I call my artwork Joyful Artwork because I want my work to be fun!
